The above link is announcement of requirements of companies, dealers, agents and vendors for 2022 tobacco crop. Tobacco growers of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Sindh and Baluchistan are intimated to grow crop as per required quota which have been mentioned against each one respectively.
